Thatched Cottage, Gloucestershire

The cottage is a Grade II listed building last refurbished in the 1960s. It is a timber frame construction with a mix of masonry and lime infill panels.

Listed Building Consent will be sought to make improvmements to the fabric of the historic building. These will improve thermal performance and mitigate the impact of earlier repairs.

We will also be seeking planning approval to replace the kitchen extension and outbuildings from the 1960s with an improved suite of rooms.
